Job Description
Family Support Advocate; Desired qualifications: BA or AA degree in Sociology, Social Work, Family Studies or related field, experience is desirable in family services. Summary As a Family Advocate for Henryetta Head Start / Early Head Start, you will be supporting families and promoting child development through effective communication and resources. Reporting to the Center Director, your role will leverage your knowledge in sociology, human development, and social work, along with your educational background, which may include an associate's or bachelor's degree. You will engage with families to provide guidance, facilitate access to services, and empower them to achieve their goals, ultimately enhancing the well-being of children in the program.
