Salary:

$65,000.00-$80,000.00/

DOE Social Worker Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday schedule Provide direct support and case management services to assigned clients. The Social Worker will monitor and improve the patient experience by focusing on quality, timeliness, and continuity of care. The Social Worker will manage a varied clinical caseload serving all age demographics from pediatric to geriatric populations.

Social Worker Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW candidates are highly favored) Background in a clinic setting is preferred, but not required.
