Job Description

The School-Based Family Specialist (SBFS) serves as a critical link between Seiling Public Schools, families, and community services. This position is designed to improve student well-being and academic success by identifying family and student needs, facilitating access to services, and promoting strong home-school partnerships. Operating with the guidance of an OKDHS Program Field Representative, the SBFS works on-site in the school district and provides expert support and consultation related to child welfare, family engagement, and social-emotional development.
