RN - Maternal Care Coordinator Keystone Women's Care Part-Time | 34 hours per week | No weekends or Holidays (Benefit Eligible) Keystone Women's Care Keystone Women's Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Maternal Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is dedicated to supporting expectant mothers throughout their prenatal journey by providing comprehensive nursing care, education, care coordination, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive prenatal intake assessments. Provide individualized prenatal education and guidance to patients and their families. Perform and monitor non-stress tests (NSTs). Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources as needed. Administer IV infusions in accordance with provider orders. Manage telephone triage, assessing patient concerns and providing appropriate guidance. Follow up with patients who miss scheduled appointments to encourage continuity of care. Collaborate closely with providers and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality maternal care.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Current CPR certification required. Prior experience in obstetric (OB) nursing is required. Labor & Delivery experience is preferred. Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) Certification preferred, or successful completion of an Intermediate or Advanced EFM course within one year of hire. Keystone Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer
