Substitute Cafeteria Workers:
Moon Area School District Coraopolis, PA 5 DAYS AGO 22669331 Summary Coraopolis, PA In-Person $15.00 - $15.00 per Hour 1 Months Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 12.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Part-Time / Hours May Vary Description Substitute Cafeteria Workers Needed for the Moon Area School District for the 2026 - 2027 School Year Candidates should be flexible enough to work at any of the schools in the district. These are day-to-day substitute positions. If the candidates are already working, these positions are often flexible enough to supplement the candidates' schedules. This school district has hired several people who started as substitutes and they may be looking to hire more. (If offered a district position, you are not obligated to accept it-- you can choose to continue working as a substitute, if you wish.) Cafeteria hours usually fall between the hours of 9:30am - 2pm, however, some earlier morning shifts will open to assist with breakfast from time to time. It is preferred the qualified candidates have reliable transportation as most schools in the district are not easily accessible by bus. This position pays $15.00 per hour Clearances required within the last year: PA Criminal Background Check PA Child Abuse Clearance FBI fingerprints through the Dept. of Education Act 126 Clearance (online Mandated Reporter training) Arrest/Conviction Record form (Act 24) and Act 168 clearance (Precision will provide these forms for the candidates to complete) Pre-employment physical and TB test required (neither should be more than 1 year old) Don't know how to get your clearances? Additional Requirements:
Must have at least a HS diploma or GED While it is preferred candidates have some experience in food service and/or customer service, it's not required. Some training will be provided.
