Childcare Educator / Daycare worker

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to supporting the developmental needs of young learners. Duties Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as language, social skills, and motor skills. Educate children through play-based activities, ensuring they are engaged and excited about learning. Provide individualized attention to each child, catering to their unique needs and developmental stages. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes health and well-being. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience. Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and adjusting teaching methods as necessary. Experience A background in Early Childhood Education or related fields is preferred. Experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers, preschools, or as a nanny is highly valued. Familiarity with childhood development principles, special education practices, infant care, toddler care, and preschool education is beneficial. Previous experience in babysitting or working with children of various age groups will be considered an asset.
