Job Description

Early Head Start (EHS) Bilingual Lead Advocate Maternity Care Coalition (MCC) - Pennsylvania Join Maternity Care Coalition (MCC) , a community-based nonprofit with 40+ years of impact, advancing maternal and child health and early childhood development across PA and DE. We're seeking a passionate, people-centered Team Lead to support our Early Head Start (EHS) program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, engaging with the community, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of families. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations of the Early Head Start program at your location Supervise, coach, and support program staff Build and maintain strong relationships with families and community partners Participate in outreach and community engagement efforts Ensure program compliance, quality standards, and accurate data tracking Promote inclusive, culturally responsive services
Qualifications Education:
CDA or higher degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study
Experience:
1+ year of supervisory experience required Bilingual in Spanish, must be able to read, write, and comprehend Background in early childhood, maternal-child health, or family services preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience working with diverse communities Why Work at MCC?
