Our residents present with a wide range of challenges and often have a history of trauma. The Bradley Center is seeking motivated, compassionate candidates for the position of Milieu Coordinator (PRN) who have a calling and passion for helping children. We are looking for individuals with initiative, creativity and a desire to have a positive impact on a child's life.

Responsibilities include:

Serve as designated leadership on shift Provide and model quality therapeutic treatment Teach and coach therapeutic skills to unit staff Document treatment provided as well as other required reporting Qualifications Best Suited for the Position Initiative Ability to provide feedback and have critical conversations Patience and creativity while working with residents at their own pace Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic Problem-solving skills Requirements Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or other related field preferred Minimum of 60 college credits in social work, psychology or other related filed required Minimum of two (2) years of experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting preferred Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license and car insurance Benefits $750 Sign on Bonus Referral bonuses Free parking and meals Advanced training opportunities and continuing education credits We are committed to advocacy for children with special needs, care and compassion, and focusing on the inherent strengths of children, youth and families without regard to race, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or gender.
