QUALIFICATIONS
Teacher involved with the building-wide Positive Behavior Support (PBIS) Program
REPORTS TO
Principal
JOB GOAL
To facilitate the building-wide PBIS program for the school.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Attend trainings and networking meetings through the DCIU Create and distribute PBIS posters and initial PBIS lessons Analyze and monitor SWIS data and review with staff at monthly meeting Generate and monitor action plan Gather evidence and materials needed for TFI to maintain fidelity of implementation Organize and coordinate reward assemblies, including booking, payment and dates Coordinate raffle bags and deliver to students at the end of each trimester Send emails to staff about times/details of assembly and a follow-up email with comments/suggestions Organize and plan monthly meetings, including the agenda and updates (SWIS data, fundraising, rewards/incentives, assemblies, etc.) Coordinate PBIS sub-committees Organize fundraising for PBIS
