Social Worker

We are seeking a Social Worker to join a community services agency supporting individuals and families in need. We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to assess client needs, provide counseling, and connect individuals and families with appropriate community resources and support services. Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate on behalf of clients with other agencies, courts, or service providers.
• Monitor client progress and adjust service plans as circumstances change.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and educators.
• Participate in supervision, training, and professional development to maintain best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field; licensure as required by state.
• Strong understanding of social services systems and community resources.
• Excellent empathy, active listening, and crisis management skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple complex cases.
• Cultural competency and sensitivity when working with diverse populations.

Work Environment:

You will manage a caseload of clients across various settings, including office visits, home visits, and community locations.
