Job Description

Centerville Clinics Family Based Unit is looking for Caseworkers and Professionals to provide supportive therapeutic/case work services in harmony with the Family Based team to effectively manage family crisis situations and to promote and sustain a stable living environment for the family.

Assist the Family Based Mental Health Professionals during home, school, or community visits/sessions Provide supportive counseling using identified techniques in relation to the family counseling goals and the treatment plan Teach parents to be behavior change agents, in relation to negative patterns of interactions within the family structure Teach parents how to access and make use of a wide range of available community services Provide therapeutic support/casework services for the families as well as the identified patient Be available to assigned families 24 hours 7 days a week on a rotating schedule and provide back up for other team members when on call
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study Act 33 and FBI Clearances BLS and CPR Certifications 1 year experience in a CASSP system program Licensed RN may also apply (with experience in CASSP program)
