Pariva Health is looking for an in-home/virtual and School-Based Hybrid Clinician (MSW) to join our PlayBridge School-based Family Support Program team. Our mission is to empower the families of neurodivergent children through our whole-family engagement model. We are seeking an empathetic and caring clinician with strong therapeutic skills. The clinician will focus on performing multidisciplinary child/family assessments, providing families with play-based support activities and education, and implementing strategies that allow families to engage their child in learning and promote developmental gains. Sessions will be conducted in school as well as in-home and virtually as needed. Our model is hybrid, though clinical roles must reside in the state where services are provided and within drivable distance to the school district to which they are assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Complete intake and assessments to develop an individualized Family Need Profile and Support Plan.
• Provide counseling and therapy to clients and families using evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques, maintaining a caseload of clients sufficient to meet billable hour requirements.
• Work closely with the clinical team to provide instructional support and implementation of our play-based Family Support Plans.
• Conduct individual play-based therapy sessions with children and coordinate sessions with their caregivers in-home and virtually to ensure consistency in skill-building.
• Organize regular collaborative meetings with students' teachers and related providers in order to coordinate care, ensure mutual goal alignment, and to exchange plans, strategies, and progress monitoring.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly reassessments, aligned with schools' regular progress report/grading cycle, and use assessment results to update goals, adjust treatment strategies, and revise intervention plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Ability to learn and utilize our therapeutic developmental kits, in order to teach and empower families to develop skills and modify behaviors.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and treatment planning.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum 2 years, school-based, after-school, or community-based outpatient experience.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and Haitian Creole a plus (Additional $1000 sign on bonus)
• Must live in the state you are serving/school district for which you are applying.
• Must be comfortable providing therapy both in-person/in-home.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional clinical skills and ability to adapt/adjust clinical approach to meet the families' needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local resources and community organizations.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. (very important)
• Ability to take initiative to build strong alliances with school partners and work on a multidisciplinary team.
• Must have a car and willingness to drive to both assigned school and in-home sessions accordingly.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with school-based therapy, ABA, play-therapy, behavior therapy, and/or other therapeutic frameworks
• Trauma-informed care training
