Create a calm, connected space where children can begin to regulate their emotions, build trust, and experience healing through relationship. Support parents in becoming stronger, steadier co-regulators. Work alongside caregivers to increase confidence, improve connection, and strengthen their ability to respond to challenging behaviors with empathy and consistency. Use trauma-informed, attachment-centered care. Help children and families move beyond survival patterns by addressing the impact of trauma, stress, and unmet attachment needs. Apply a whole-family approach. Provide therapy for children, parents, and individuals, recognizing that lasting change often happens when the whole system is supported. Incorporate body-based and relational interventions. Use play, movement, sensory strategies, co-regulation, mindfulness, and creative therapeutic tools to help children process what they cannot always put into words. Bring TBRI and TRCC principles into practice when applicable. If you are trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention or Trauma Responsive Care, you'll bring practical tools that help children build felt safety, connection, empowerment, and healing. Partner with families from a faith-based foundation. When requested by the client, integrate faith in a way that is respectful, compassionate, and clinically sound. Collaborate with a supportive team. Share insight, grow through consultation, and contribute to a practice culture that values excellence, creativity, and genuine care. What We're Looking For Required:

Active Ohio independent license: LISW, LPCC, or equivalent Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.

Compassion & Empathy:

A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care. independently licensed credential. Ability to provide therapy to children, parents, and individuals. Ability to work a hybrid schedule. Ability to work at least one evening and 1 weekend shift.

Team Player:

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Technology Knowledge:

Knowledge and ability to use Google Suite and EHR.

Preferred:

Experience in child and adolescent therapy. Experience working with parents and family systems. Trauma-informed care experience. Experience with play-based, attachment-based, or family-centered approaches. Experience with DBT or other evidence-based interventions. Training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).
