Integral Psychological Services About Us Integral Psychological Services is a dynamic and compassionate mental health practice committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care. We serve a diverse population across West Michigan and are currently seeking a licensed or limited licensed Child Therapist to join our growing team. This position offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to provide services both in-person (Wyoming) and via telehealth. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and adolescents, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD . The role focuses on providing therapeutic services, not diagnostic or clinical assessments. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to shape your schedule, work setting, and clinical focus.
Please note:
This position does not require participation in team meetings or case consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to children and adolescents Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers when appropriate Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and practice standards Engage in continued professional development
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or LP required) Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Specialized experience with autism and ADHD populations strongly preferred Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Comfort with using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Passion for trauma-informed, culturally competent care
