Identify community resources to support the needs of families. Facilitate meetings to develop family goals and plans. Prepare and complete case notes, reports, and other written materials. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Maintain a professional working relationship with Allegheny County Children, Youth and Family Services and other community provider organizations. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications and Skills Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field with 1-year direct service experience working with children and families. Act 33, 34, and FBI clearances required Reliable vehicle, valid PA driver's license with excellent driving record, insurance and registration required Computer applications related to the work including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ability to meet documentation deadlines
