Required:
1. HS Diploma/GED Equivalent, plus a minimum of six (6) years of experience working in individual, family and children's behavioral health services and experience working with abused, neglected and traumatized children, adults and/or families. OR 2. Associate's degree in social services, human services, or an equivalent field plus a minimum of four (4) years of experience working in individual, family and children's behavioral health services and experience working with abused, neglected, and traumatized children, adults and/or families. OR 3. Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, or an equivalent field with minimum of two (2) years of experience working in individual, family and children's behavioral health services and experience working with abused, neglected, and traumatized children, adults and/or families. OR 4. Master's degree in social services with minimum of one (1) year of experience working in individual, family and children's behavioral health services and experience working with abused, neglected, and traumatized children, adults and/or families.
Preferred:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) What will I do as a Wraparound Facilitator with All Faiths? Using high fidelity Wraparound values, principles and practices, the Wraparound Facilitator provides intensive, supportive interventions for identified families. Such interventions include running team meetings, coordinating care with other agencies, developing and utilizing informal and formal supports, identifying and making use of family strengths, etc. The ultimate goal of the NM Wraparound Program is to help the child/youth and family realize their vision and increase their autonomy from formal systems.
