We are seeking an experienced, thoughtful Hospice Social Worker who understands the importance of presence, communication and practical support at the end of life. You will work closely with patients, families and an interdisciplinary team that respects the social worker's role in delivering truly comprehensive hospice care. Candidates with a BSW, MSW, LSW or LCSW will be considered. Responsibilities, compensation and scope will be aligned with education, licensure and hospice experience. Team members must be able to safely navigate these environments and perform the essential responsibilities of the role. Compensation Compensation is based on education, licensure, hospice experience and assigned scope:

$45,000•65,000 per year
MSW:
$55,000•80,000 per year
LCSW:
$75,000•105,000 per year Part-time compensation will be structured according to the agreed-upon schedule and role responsibilities.
