Position Type:

Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Schedule:

Flexible based on business needs, with emphasis on: After 4:00 PM weekdays Weekend availability 17 hours of direct client care 3 hours of non-clinical/administrative work (can be completed remotely)

Compensation & Benefits:

Total Earning Potential:

Up to $100,000+ annually

Base Salary:

$40,000 (20 hours/week) Predictable, guaranteed income Stable caseload with consistent scheduling

Additional Earnings:

Requirements:

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Supervisee in Social Work Licensed in Maryland Minimum 1 year of experience providing direct therapy to children and adolescents Minimum 1 year of experience in a telehealth or virtual care setting Ability to work during after-school hours (after 4 PM ET) and/or weekends Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
