This role involves acting as a liaison between students, host families, schools, and community organizations to ensure smooth integration and support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cultural exchange, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in volunteer management or social work. This is a paid position designed to foster cross-cultural understanding and community engagement. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for international exchange students throughout their stay. Coordinate and oversee student activities, orientation sessions, and cultural events to promote integration. Recruit community members as host families to support students. Provide guidance and support to students on academic, social, and personal matters. Facilitate communication between students, families, schools, and program administrators. Share training sessions for host families to ensure they are well-prepared. Monitor student well-being and address any issues or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of student placements, activities, and program participation. Experience Experience working with students or in educational settings is preferred. Background in teaching or youth mentorship roles is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Passion for cultural exchange programs and fostering inclusive communities.
