JOB TYPE
: Adoption Caseworker
LOCATION
Brookhaven, Delaware County, PA
SCHEDULE
After introductory training period of about 90 days, then would be eligible for a work from home benefit of up to 2 days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Social Work / Child Welfare / Counseling / Psychology / Child Psychology / Family Studies or Sociology. Experience working with families in social services context Valid driver's license with properly registered and insured vehicle Proficient in Microsoft Office
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Facilitate the movement of children through the permanency process 2. Facilitate child placements and avoid placement disruptions; provide crisis management and supportive counseling to resource parents 3. Recruit adoptive homes for special needs children, with an emphasis on recruiting minorities 4. Conduct adoptive home studies and prepare Family and Child Profiles 5.
