Job Description:
The Preschool Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the administrative processes that support the timely delivery of preschool services. This position manages student enrollments, maintains accurate data and records, tracks required documentation, and coordinates service authorizations. Serving as a liaison between families, school districts, service providers, pediatrician offices, and internal departments, the Preschool Services Coordinator ensures compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements while facilitating the efficient coordination and delivery of high-quality services. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us? This Role Requires:
The ability to move efficiently within an office environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with staff and reviewing documentation. The ability to sit for extended periods (2-4 hours) and occasionally bend or reach into filing cabinets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Psychology, Social Work, etc.) Prior experience coordinating services or working in a school setting. Special education experience (not required, but preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a passion for helping others succeed.
