Job Description
Available positions may include families in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Marshall, Kosciusko, Noble, DeKalb, Fulton, or Whitley counties. Service Coordinators are assigned a geographic area within the above noted counties, but need to be willing to travel to surrounding areas as needed. This position reports to our Elkhart office. 1st Kids, Inc. is seeking compassionate and organized individuals to serve as Service Coordinators for families enrolled in the First Steps program. Coordinators provide case management for families with children 0-3 with developmental delays to assist in coordinating early intervention services. Meetings are completed in the family's home. Available positions may include families in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Marshall, Kosciusko, Noble, DeKalb, Fulton, or Whitley counties. Service Coordinators are assigned a geographic area within the above noted counties, but need to be willing to travel to surrounding areas as needed. Some work can be done remotely following training. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the field of social sciences or early childhood development. Reliable transportation is necessary as duties are carried out in the community. English/Spanish speaking candidates preferred, but not required.
