What you will do:

Provide intensive case management, coaching, and trauma-informed support to therapeutic foster families to ensure placement stability and child well-being. Conduct regular home visits, phone check-ins, and safety assessments in compliance with agency, state, and licensing regulations. Respond to crises with timely intervention and 24-hour on-call support as part of an assigned rotation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including DCF, schools, and mental health providers, to provide holistic care and coordinate resources. Maintain meticulous electronic documentation, case notes, and reports within mandated timelines and legal standards. Lead foster parent recruitment, training, support groups, and continuing education efforts to enhance caregiver skills. Ensure all foster homes maintain continuous licensing compliance and assist families through renewal processes. Participate in all essential proceedings, including court hearings, case plan conferences, and school meetings for children in care. Provide culturally sensitive direct services, including client transportation and resource development, while advocating for the best interests of the child.
