Job Description

Bright Side Counseling is seeking a compassionate and motivated licensed therapist to join our growing practice. The role is full-time or part-time to transition to full-time. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in counseling, with an interest in expanding their expertise through additional certifications or techniques that enhance the diversity of services at Bright Side Counseling. Responsibilities:
Provide individual psychotherapy to support clients in their healing journey. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster positive change. Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Maintain accurate, confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards. Contribute to developing individualized treatment plans and long-term support strategies. Qualifications (Required): Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Fully licensed to provide therapy in South Carolina (LISW-CP, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist). Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their practical application. Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications (Preferred): While not required, preference will be given to applicants who\ Specialize in women's issues. Credentialing with BCBS, Medicaid, Medicare, and/or TRICARE (allows for faster on-boarding)
