Home Visitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Visitor to provide support and guidance to families in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, child protective services, social work, crisis management, and child welfare.

Duties:

• Conduct home visits to assess family needs and provide resources
• Develop individualized service plans for families
• Offer parenting education and support
• Assist families in accessing community resources
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate case records

Requirements:

• Experience working with children and families
• Knowledge of childcare practices and child development
• Strong conflict management skills
• Ability to use motivational interviewing techniques
