Qualifications:

RN license meeting Tennessee requirements. MS (Medical-Surgical) nursing experience strongly preferred. Possession of all

REQUIRED

certifications prior to start (per latest LPNT/Highpoint Health checklist). Successful completion of State-specific background checks, including the Tennessee Abuse Registry, required before beginning assignment. Candidates must live 60 miles or more from Carthage to qualify for travel status.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a critical access hospital setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies. Respond effectively to changes in patient status and participate actively in quality improvement initiatives.
