Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a Special Education Case Manager / ARD Facilitator & 504 Coordinator for a school-based opportunity in North Austin, Texas . This role is ideal for an experienced Special Education professional who is comfortable facilitating ARD meetings, coordinating 504 plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure compliance and student support.

Coordinator Location:
North Austin, TX Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30
PM Caseload:
Approximately 200 students
Student Population:
Students receiving support for dyslexia, speech, and Special Education services
Pay Rate:
$40-$45/hour, depending on experience
Work Setting:
School-based Technology:
School uses SuccessEd ; candidates are ideally able to bring a personal laptop to and from work, though a school-issued device may be available Responsibilities Serve as an ARD Facilitator and 504 Coordinator Facilitate and moderate Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings Coordinate 504 plans and ensure appropriate accommodations, aids, and services are documented and implemented Work closely with Special Education staff to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, teachers, administrators, students, and families Maintain accurate student records and documentation within SuccessEd Monitor implementation of IEP and 504 requirements Support staff in navigating Special Education and 504 processes Help ensure students with disabilities have appropriate access to the educational environment Required Qualifications Valid Texas Special Education teaching license/certification Previous ARD experience required Previous 504 experience required Experience facilitating or moderating ARD meetings Ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families Strong organizational, communication, and compliance skills Ability to follow the school's professional dress and appearance policies Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as an ARD Facilitator, Case Manager, or 504 Coordinator Familiarity with SuccessEd Experience managing a large Special Education caseload Strong knowledge of Texas Special Education and 504 processes Perks and Pay Competitive hourly rate between $40-$45/hour, depending on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits offered 401(k) option through Principal Financial Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity to take on a leadership role supporting Special Education compliance and student services Interested?
