Lead children in worship, prayer, and discussions during weekly services and special events. Foster a safe, clean, inclusive, and nurturing environment that encourages participation and spiritual curiosity among children. Collaborate with Children's Director and Pastor. Skills Works well with children. Understanding of child development. Excellent communication skills to connect with children, parents, volunteers, and church staff clearly and compassionately.
