In this dynamic role, you will lead engaging activities, support spiritual growth, and foster a welcoming environment for children of all backgrounds. This paid position offers a fulfilling opportunity to combine your love for children with your faith in Jesus Christ. Responsibilities Implement prepared age-appropriate lessons, activities, and programs that promote spiritual development and biblical understanding. Lead children in worship, prayer, and discussions during weekly services and special events. Foster a safe, clean, inclusive, and nurturing environment that encourages participation and spiritual curiosity among children. Collaborate with Children's Director and Pastor. Skills Works well with children. Understanding of child development. Excellent communication skills to connect with children, parents, volunteers, and church staff clearly and compassionately. Dependability, good moral character, Christian!
