Qualifications Proven experience in social work, child welfare, or related fields with a focus on safety compliance. Strong knowledge of mandated reporting laws, child protective services protocols, and crisis management strategies. Skilled in motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients and families constructively. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and children in various settings. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Familiarity with childhood development principles, behavioral health practices, and family law regulations. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, healthcare providers, and legal professionals.
