Job Description

Supervised Visitation Monitor (As Needed) We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Supervised Visitation Monitor to join our team. We are a third-party service provider assisting families involved in legal and family court matters by facilitating court-ordered supervised visitation between children and noncustodial parents. This position is on an as-needed basis and offers flexible scheduling. Candidates must be available to work weekends, evenings, weekdays, and some holidays as needed. Please note that there are no guaranteed set hours; however, we strive to accommodate other work or personal schedules whenever possible. Responsibilities Supervise and monitor interactions between the noncustodial parent and child during visits. Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional comfort of the child at all times. Maintain a safe, neutral, and supportive environment during visitation sessions. Observe and document interactions accurately and objectively. Complete written reports following each supervised visit. Transport children to and from visits when necessary. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive family situations. Qualifications Experience or knowledge in social work, family law, child welfare, or related fields preferred. Experience working with children, families, or childcare settings is beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, neutral, and professional in high-conflict situations. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete accurate documentation.
