Job Description

Remote Volunteer Community Playgroup Activity Leader Linny's Clubhouse Help Families Connect, Learn, and Grow Together! Linny's Clubhouse is seeking caring, creative, and dependable volunteers to serve as Remote Community Playgroup Activity Leaders. This role supports families with children ages 0-5 by helping develop engaging activities, lesson plans, and resources that encourage learning through play, creativity, movement, and family involvement. Position Type Volunteer Remote/Flexible Schedule Family-Friendly Environment About Linny's Clubhouse Linny's Clubhouse exists to strengthen families by building community connections, supporting parents, and creating meaningful learning experiences for young children. We believe children learn best through play, exploration, and active family participation. We have several ways to participate in our community so please visit us online to learn more. Duties & Responsibilities Plan age-appropriate activities for children ages 0-5. Create simple weekly activity guides for playgroups and family events. Develop sensory play, arts & crafts, music, movement, and storytime ideas. Assist with organizing themed playgroup events and special activities. Collaborate with other volunteers and leadership team members remotely. Help gather and organize educational resources for families. Encourage positive parent-child engagement through activities. Support the mission and values of Linny's Clubhouse. Participate in occasional virtual planning meetings. Provide feedback and ideas for improving programs and community outreach. Preferred Experience Applicants do not need formal teaching credentials, but all must go through at least 10 hours of real-time training working with children and should have some sort of experience in any of the following: Early childhood education Childcare or daycare experience Homeschooling or educational support Children's ministry or youth programs Preschool instruction Parenting groups or family support programs Arts, music, movement, or sensory activities for young children Volunteer leadership experience
