A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

This part-time leadership role is ideal for educators or youth program professionals who enjoy working with children and leading a small team in a structured school-based environment. The Site Director oversees daily program operations, ensures student safety, supports staff, and builds strong relationships with families and school partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the daily operations of the before and after-school program Maintain safe staff-to-student ratios and licensing compliance Supervise and support program staff Implement engaging enrichment and learning activities Maintain attendance, documentation, and program records Ensure a safe, inclusive, and structured environment for students Communicate with families, school administration, and AlphaBEST leadership Prepare the site for licensing visits and inspections Monitor supplies, snacks, and program materials
Qualifications :
Must be at least 21 years old High School Diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of experience working with school-age children with skills in managing, planning, or staffing Candidates must meet one of the following education requirements: Child Development Associate (CDA), OR 12 college credits in child care or a related field within a minimum of 48 total college credits, OR Associate's or Bachelor's degree in child care or a related field
Preferred:
