Pay Rate:

$50.00•$55.00/hour

Weekly Pay Schedule:

Monday•Friday | 8:40 AM•4:01 PM (30-minute lunch)

37.5 hours per week Position Overview Halcyon Nurse Staffing is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join the team at Washington Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students in an educational setting while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule. Job Responsibilities Provide school-based social work services to students. Collaborate closely with case managers, teachers, administrators, and families. Deliver related services in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and documentation. Caseload Specified Emotional Behavioral Disability (EBD) Self-Contained Classroom 10-12 students No Cross-Categorical (Cross-Cat) students Minimum Qualifications Active School Social Worker License (DPI Certification Required) Experience working with students in a school setting preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
