What they do
A Family, School, or General Social Worker provides specialized assistance to vulnerable families and children. Intervenes in crisis situations; evaluates individual and family needs, helps clients get access to health care, mental health care or social services such as housing assistance. Advocates for clients and provides follow up visits. May work with teachers, parents and school administrators to help students improve academically and deal with social issues such as bullying.

Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising children in the designated Child Watch area during scheduled workout sessions.
- Engaging with children in a positive and friendly manner to ensure they feel comfortable and entertained.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized space for children to play and relax.
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to ensure their peace of mind.
- Following safety protocols and procedures to create a secure environment for all children. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who:
- Has a natural love for working with children and creating a welcoming environment.
- Has experience working with kids in a school, daycare or gym setting.
- Is reliable, attentive, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
