At Burn Boot Camp, we're more than just a gym — we're a high-energy fitness community dedicated to empowering women and men through 45-minute strength and conditioning workouts. Our certified trainers provide personalized attention, accountability, and motivation to help members achieve lasting results. What You'll Be Doing As a Child Watch employee, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members by providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for their children while they focus on their workouts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising children in the designated Child Watch area during scheduled workout sessions.
• Engaging with children in a positive and friendly manner to ensure they feel comfortable and entertained.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized space for children to play and relax.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to ensure their peace of mind.
• Following safety protocols and procedures to create a secure environment for all children. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who:

• Has experience working with kids in a school, daycare or gym setting.

The hours we are looking for are 8:15am-10:45am 3-4 mornings per week, 1-2 Saturdays per month 7:45am-10:15am, 1 PM per week 4:15pm-6:45pm.
