WORKER'S COMPENSATION CASE MANAGER
to join our team! The Workers' Compensation Case Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating injured employees through the medical case management process. This position ensures that all employee work-related injury case documentation, including worker's compensation claims, is completed in compliance with associated requirements.
HOURS:
Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period. Monday - Friday 8-hour day shifts Experience/Qualifications Associate's degree in nursing required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Possess an active MN, MI, or WI nursing license. At least one year work experience in Case Management, preferred. OSHA experience preferred. Ability to use independent judgment to manage and impart confidential information. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of federal and state workers compensation and OSHA regulations. Ability to maintain accurate Workers Compensation records and reports to comply with federal and state record keeping requirements.
