A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.
Monday-Thursday 4-6pm, Friday 8:30am-11:30am, Saturday 9am-11:30am. Looking for availability for multiple shifts.

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Youth and Family Director, the Child Watch staff is responsible for supervising children while their parents or guardians are participating in YMCA programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensures that members have labeled all diaper bags and any other personal items. Assists members with check-in and check-out procedures. Redirects children instead of using "Time Outs". Encourages a safe and quiet room. Encourages the children to keep the toys in their designated area. Cleans and disinfects toys according to the cleaning schedule and procedure. Buckles children into all bouncing seats, high chairs and strollers. Assists children who need to use the bathroom or who need his/her diaper changed and stays at the door until they are finished. Notifies parents at pick-up of any important information that occurred while the child was in care. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience/training in Early Childhood Education preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work with children and families from a diversity of backgrounds. Interact with children at their appropriate cognitive level.

Bloodborne Pathogens/Child Abuse Prevention every year
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift 40 lbs. Able to be active and alert for entire work shift.
