Job Description

Join TeamHealth, a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization since 1979 employing 35,000+ professionals nationwide and focus on delivering high-quality behavioral health care to older adults without the administrative responsibility of private practice. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). Role Overview Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday
  • Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes: Huntington, Charleston, St.
Albans, and Glasgow, West Virginia, and Morehead and Paintsville, Kentucky Compensation and Benefits Competitive Compensation, with an estimated range of $65,000 to $84,000 annually with no cap on productivity income. Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications Active, unrestricted West Virginia independent LPC or LMFT license Active, unrestricted Kentucky independent LPCC/LCPC or LMFT license LCSW not considered at this time Eligible for independent practice and billing New grads accepted Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Apply today!
