Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Florence, Arizona Join VieMed Healthcare Staffing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in need of mental health support. This vital role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare environment, providing expert behavioral health services to diverse populations. As an integral part of our team, you will deliver high-quality mental health assessments, counseling, and treatment, contributing to the well-being and recovery of those under your care.
Required Skills:
Current, unrestricted license to practice clinical social work independently in Arizona Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program (CSWE recognized) Minimum of one year of experience as an independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills in mental health and substance use disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of HIPAA and Privacy Act regulations regarding patient confidentiality Bilingual proficiency in English and/or Spanish is preferred Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience in detention, correctional, or residential healthcare settings Knowledge of the Modified Therapeutic Community treatment model Experience implementing mental health treatment programs Skills in diverse therapeutic modalities such as art, music, or life skills therapy Experience providing telehealth services
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience Prior experience in behavioral health within a correctional or detention environment
Other Requirements:
BLS for Healthcare Providers® certification through the American Heart Association® or Red Cross Ability to respond to medical emergencies and perform CPR Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, including rotational on-call duties Ability to pass all background checks and obtain necessary security clearances Physical ability to perform activities such as standing, walking, bending, and emergency response This position offers an hourly pay rate of $45.50, with additional benefits including paid federal holidays, comprehensive medical coverage, 401(k) with match, and a robust referral bonus program.
