In addition, CSWs working in our mental health program and newly hired with the state of CA are eligible to receive a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $30,000 within the first 12 months of service. Free Clinical Supervision and Exam Support:

Unlicensed staff receive free individual and/or group supervision and support for licensure in person or via videoconferencing.

Stipend for supervisory hours:

Licensed clinicians providing clinical supervision to unlicensed team members are eligible for additional compensation. Potential PSLF and NHSC loan repayment: Eligibility for student loan repayment through PSLF and, depending on your location, NHSC.
