Pay:
$40.00-42.00 per hour • Work location: In person Illuminating Psychological Services (IPS) is an outpatient mental health and psychology group practice in Riverside, CA, seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services to an outpatient caseload. We are a truth-centered, peer-level clinical team evolving toward a clinical training and certification institute — and we are looking for a clinician who wants to grow with us. Who We Are Looking For A clinician with sound diagnostic judgment, clean and timely documentation, and a genuine investment in client care. Someone who works well on a collaborative team, takes ownership of their caseload, and wants a long-term home with room to advance into leadership. Duties and Responsibilities Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy to adults and an assigned caseload Conduct clinical intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment planning Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and clinical documentation within required timeframes Diagnose and treat mental health conditions using evidence-based modalities Coordinate care with the clinical team, psychiatrists, and external providers Qualifications Active, unrestricted California LCSW license (required) Minimum 2 years post-licensure outpatient clinical experience (required) Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and timely documentation Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment-planning skills Benefits and Growth $42.00 per hour, full-time, W-2 Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan Administrative and billing support Room to grow, promote, and step into leadership as the practice expands An opportunity for your voice to contribute to our podcast To Apply Submit your CV/resume to info@illuminatingpsychologicalservices.com by July 9, 2026.
