Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) provides independent behavioral health services for outpatient patients across the lifespan and collaborates with patients, families, providers, and community resources to support mental, emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial well-being through assessment, therapeutic intervention, care coordination, and education.
EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
o Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program o Current Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) license in Iowa and maintained in good standing o Child and Dependent Adult Mandatory Reporter Training o Current BLS certification
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
o Experience providing behavioral health assessment, psychotherapy, and clinical treatment services preferred. o Healthcare or behavioral health social work experience preferred. o Ability to provide independent clinical judgment, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively. o Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Salary Range:
$28.84-$40.38
