At Play n' Grow Therapy, we're a small, relationship-based practice that values supporting both our clients and our clinicians. We believe meaningful therapy happens when clinicians feel trusted, supported, and have the freedom to practice authentically. .We're looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team part-time. This position is a great fit for clinicians looking for a smaller caseload, working parents, school-based social workers looking to supplement a few hours in the evenings, or therapists looking to build a private practice caseload without the administrative burden of doing it alone. It is also a great fit for a clinician who wants to grow with us long-term and enjoys being part of a small clinic atmosphere with tremendous potential for growth and leadership. Whether you're looking for just a few clients per week or hoping to build a fuller caseload, we're happy to work with you to create something that fits your life. What You'll Be Doing Providing individual mental health therapy services to children and adolescents in our clinic Providing parent support, coaching, and consultation as appropriate Occasionally providing teletherapy services when clinically appropriate Completing intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation Collaborating closely with families, caregivers, schools, and other providers when appropriate Participating in interdisciplinary collaboration with occupational therapists and speech therapists Contributing to a supportive, relationship-based clinic culture Opportunities to facilitate social skills groups, parent workshops, and community programs based on your interests Most of the children and families we work with are seeking support with emotional regulation, anxiety, social-emotional development, behavioral challenges, executive functioning, self-esteem, life transitions, and family relationships. We prioritize connection, flexibility, and creating a safe space where children and their parents feel understood and supported. Schedule One of the biggest perks of this role is flexibility. Want to see just a few clients a week? That's okay. Looking for a fuller caseload? We'd love that too. You can provide as little as 4 client sessions per week on the day(s) of your choosing, or give us broader availability and we'll build a schedule that works for you. Compensation Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process. Pay is based on experience and the overall responsibilities of the role.
