Pay Range:
$29.36- $47.
Summary:
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is a key member of the Rush University System for Health community. This position provides social work services from a variety of referral sources and connects those patients and community members to relevant resources both internal to rush and in the community. This position supports relevant programming for the aforementioned population also and may serve as a representative of their department in meetings and presentations. This position exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.Other information:
Required Job Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work.
- Licensed Social Worker ( LCSW ) in State of Illinois.
- Two years' experience in healthcare, care management, mental health and/or social services.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Experience with relevant population(s).
- Professional qualities such as initiative, self-reflection, commitment, responsiveness and adaptability.
- Knowledge of care management, community-based interventions, assessment, counseling and/or motivational interviewing.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and others).
