As Pediatric POST continues to grow, we are expanding our behavioral health team and are hiring for opportunities at both our Crystal Lake and Arlington Heights locations. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about working with children and families and wants to become an integral part of a supportive, team-oriented practice. This position also offers the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to our on-site Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Position Overview This is a full-time W-2 position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. We offer both hourly and salaried compensation options, allowing flexibility based on the candidate's preferences and experience. Opportunities are available at both our Crystal Lake and Arlington Heights clinics, and candidates may indicate their preferred location during the interview process. Services are provided primarily in person, with occasional telehealth opportunities when clinically appropriate. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Complete timely documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes Provide parent coaching and caregiver education Utilize developmentally appropriate, play-based, and relationship-centered interventions when clinically appropriate Collaborate closely with speech, occupational, physical, and feeding therapists to provide coordinated, whole-child care Communicate with physicians, schools, and other community providers as appropriate Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations Provide clinical supervision to an LSW Help expand Pediatric POST's behavioral health services through innovative programming, groups, parent education, and community outreach Our Client Population Our social workers support children and adolescents experiencing: Anxiety ADHD Autism Spectrum Disorder Emotional regulation challenges Executive functioning difficulties Behavioral concerns Depression Trauma Social skills deficits Family transitions Parent-child relationship concerns Self-esteem and confidence challenges Why Pediatric POST?
