General Purpose The Behavioral Health Provider performs Primary Care Behavioral Health ("PCBH") related job-duties. The position requires being skillful in clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis intervention, brief individual and family therapy, and case management. This position will document interactions on medical charting software, consult with medical and dental staff, billing staff, and care coordination staff. The position will work with a diverse client population in a variety of treatment approaches and settings.
Job Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy; PhD or PsyD in the mental health field. Licensed in the State of Colorado is required. (Will consider another state license if it can qualify for a Colorado state license.) Minimum of two years' experience preferred. Applicants will be considered if they are soon to be licensed. Experience in the medical field will be a priority in the hiring process. Fluency in Spanish is highly recommended.
Salary:
$72,500 to $87,500 annually; DOQ, which includes $7500 geographic pay incentive based on location
