About the Clinician's Workday The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual and group therapy to an adult male correctional population, addressing mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger management, substance use, stress management, and adjustment to incarceration. The clinician will complete clinical evaluations, psychosocial assessments, and screenings to develop individualized treatment plans, and will maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements. Crisis intervention responsibilities include responding to behavioral health crises, conducting suicide risk assessments, and stabilizing individuals experiencing acute mental health concerns. The clinician will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, case managers, correctional staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and support reentry preparation.
