Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic mental health and behavioral care team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, evidence-based therapies, and case management services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges while ensuring adherence to clinical documentation standards and confidentiality policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in individuals' lives through innovative mental health interventions and community-based care. Duties Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using established clinical tools and medical terminology. Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions tailored to clients' unique needs, including those with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, substance use disorders, and geriatrics. Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to support clients experiencing acute emotional distress or psychiatric emergencies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across hospital settings, home visits, community programs, and special education environments. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Collect data for clinical research initiatives aimed at improving evidence-based practices within behavioral health services. Experience Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in mental health or social work settings. Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and addiction counseling. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation of patient care activities and medical records management. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder in clinical or community settings. Knowledge of crisis management protocols and experience providing crisis intervention services. Background in hospital or healthcare environments involving psychiatric patient care or mental health assessments. Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies and adhering to HIPAA standards.
