PPL Therapeutic Services is dedicated to providing on-site and in-person exceptional behavioral health services to residents in nursing homes & assisted living facilities. PPL Therapeutic Services is looking for compassionate mental health professionals. Offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus after six months if criteria of 32 billable hours per week is met. We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with the following attributes: Able to work independently to meet the needs of the facility and the residents Able to work Monday thru Friday during regular business hours (1st Shift) Compassionate with a desire to serve the geriatric population in a nursing home or assisted living facility Able to utilize an Electronic Medical Record to schedule resident and document notes Is licensed in the state of Kentucky Able to provide own transportation to designated facilities to conduct in-person therapy session Able to meet the following job responsibilities: Will also consider a Psychologist at a different pay rate a. Perform diagnostic evaluations and interviews to nursing home residents b. Develop individualized treatment goals and recommendations based on residents social, emotional, and psychological needs c. Maintain weekly clinical contact with residents d. Completion of documentation/progress notes after clinical contact within 24 hours in the EMR and notes delivered to the assigned representative at the facility e. Maintain working relationship and open communication with facility staff and direct care team What we offer: An Independent Contractor position Sign-on Bonus of $5,000 after six months of contract if provider meets criteria of an average of 32 hours completely documented visits per week (for the initial six months) A flexible work schedule based on the needs of the facility with no on-call coverage or weekend requirements Full and Part-time assignments/caseload available We complete all Authorizations & Billing Biweekly pay schedule by direct deposit
