Qualifications Valid licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent in the relevant state or jurisdiction. Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy techniques including motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and evidence-based practices.
