Full Job Description Schedule:
Full-Time (25-30 client sessions per week) About the Role We are seeking a fully licensed LCSW in Detroit, Michigan to join our growing group practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who values a consistent caseload, strong administrative support, and a structured yet flexible work environment. Minimum Qualifications Active LCSW license in Michigan (fully licensed; no limited licenses) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Ability to maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week Experience providing individual therapy (telehealth and in-person) Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with adults, couples, and/or families Training in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.) Strong engagement and client retention skills Knowledgeable in using EHR systems, specifically TherapyNotes Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality individual (and optional couples/family) therapy Maintain timely and accurate documentation Develop and implement treatment plans Utilize outcome measures to track client progress Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams as needed Benefits & Practice Support Steady referral stream to support a full caseload Administrative support (scheduling, billing, client coordination) Furnished office space for in-person sessions Clinical materials provided Google Workspace access (email, shared drive, workflow tools) EHR system access (TherapyNotes) Structured, supportive clinical environment focused on sustainability and quality of care
